By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Pourandbead operates its website from Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico, and serves customers across Europe. These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Mexican law and relevant consumer protection legislation in the country where the customer resides. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.
2. Products and Orders
We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, images and pricing information on our website.
Customers should review product details, quantities, delivery information and the total order amount before completing checkout.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may contact you if information is incomplete or an order requires clarification.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund for amounts paid for the unfulfilled order.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Payment must be completed through an available checkout method for an order to proceed to processing. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other options displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe or the relevant payment service provider. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Delivery Arrangements
We use priority delivery services, including DHL, FedEx and UPS, where available for the destination.
Estimated transit time is 5–9 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, public holidays and other circumstances affecting the delivery network.
Tracking Notifications
We send tracking emails to the email address provided at checkout at key stages, which may include dispatch, arrival at a carrier facility and local delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their order notifications.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If an order has not arrived within the stated transit period, please contact us at pricing@pourandbead.com with your order reference.
We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, initiate an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the findings and the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement or refund.
Where delivery is delayed or goods are not delivered, your statutory rights remain applicable. If the goods are not delivered within the agreed period or any additional reasonable period required by applicable law, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Risk of Loss or Damage
For consumer orders covered by applicable EU consumer law, the risk of loss of or damage to goods remains with us until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. An exception may apply where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us, as provided by applicable law.
Dispatch to a carrier does not, by itself, transfer the risk of loss or damage to the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing online in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise this right, please email pricing@pourandbead.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You may use the following statement:
“I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my purchase under order number [order number].”
Please send your withdrawal notice within the applicable 14-day period.
Returning Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you should return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Unless we have agreed to cover the cost, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind withdrawal. This condition applies only where the relevant return-cost information has been provided as required by law.
Customers may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds for Withdrawal
We will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will ordinarily be made using the original payment method unless another arrangement is expressly agreed with you. No additional refund fee will be charged.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email pricing@pourandbead.com with your order reference and a description of the issue.
Where possible, please include clear photographs showing the affected item and its packaging. Photographs help us assess the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
For straightforward cases involving damaged or incorrect goods, we may arrange a refund or replacement based on the information provided, without requiring the item to be returned.
Where further assessment is reasonably necessary, we will explain the next steps. Any request for a return or other evidence will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are not required to pay return costs for faulty or non-conforming goods where applicable law requires those costs to be borne by the seller.
Statutory Remedies
For consumer purchases covered by EU law, goods must conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances and the applicable national rules, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
The statutory legal guarantee for goods is generally at least two years under EU law, although specific rules and additional protections may vary by country.
Our voluntary arrangements for handling damaged goods do not replace or restrict these statutory rights.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop processing the order where practicable. If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable withdrawal and return procedures will apply.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that do not arise from a breach of our legal obligations.
Nothing in these terms limits consumers’ mandatory rights concerning faulty goods, non-delivery, withdrawal or other statutory remedies.

These terms are subject to applicable Mexican law and any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the customer’s country of residence. Where a consumer benefits from mandatory protections under the law applicable to their contract, these terms do not remove those protections or prevent the consumer from bringing proceedings before a competent court.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our business practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on our website with its revision date.
The terms applicable to an order will not be changed retrospectively to the detriment of the customer where prohibited by law.
